直到一天，我心血来潮，在妈妈买的绿豆里，挑出一粒最饱满的绿豆，拿了一个一次性的水杯，放进折叠的四张面巾纸，用自来水淋湿纸巾后，将先前的这粒绿豆放入，上面再盖上一张折叠后的湿面巾纸，把杯子放在窗台的角落。一开始，放学后我都会认真地浇水，殷切地期盼它快点发芽。过了三、四天后，我拿起杯子左看、右看仍没有看到嫩芽的影子，这使我对它失去了兴致，甚至一连几天都没有浇一滴水，对其不闻不问，将它抛之脑后。
“轰隆隆”震耳欲聋的雷声伴随着刺眼的闪电，拉开了一场暴风雨的帷幕。豆大的雨点从天而降，砸着窗户，发出“咚咚”的响声，四周都是灰蒙蒙的一片。我正坐在沙发上，突然，想起了一件事，像触电般站起来：“惨了!我种的绿豆还在窗台上。现在出去拿肯定已经来不及了!”我十分懊悔。
雨停后，我怀着无比愧疚的心情来到窗台前，准备替绿豆“收尸”，却惊奇的发现——在发黄的纸巾上，有一株小小的嫩苗，正迎风招展。它是那么娇小，又是那么顽强。它娇小到我可以不费吹灰之力就将其扼杀;它顽强到经历了没有水滴滋润的日子，紧接着遭遇暴风雨的袭击，都无法将幼嫩的它击垮。它昂着头，两片叶子尽力向外拉伸着，晶莹的雨滴仿佛眼角的泪光，这是喜悦之泪、是胜利之泪、是历经磨难终于迎来曙光的希望之泪。它在向我诠释生命的真谛。
雨过天晴，在没有肥沃土壤的滋养下，它依旧敞开胸怀，热情地拥抱阳光，如雨后春笋般茁壮成长。看着这株由雅嫩绿豆苗渐渐长成绿豆树所具有无与伦比的勇气、坚持，让我心中充满喜悦和激情澎湃的感动。也使我明白了：生命是顽强的，它不会因为小小的挫败便轻言放弃，只要有坚定的信念，勇敢地迈开前进的步伐，就一定可以战胜困难，化茧成蝶!

1、角色的定位：怎么界定自己的主要角色呢?按照现阶段从事的主要职业来界定自己的角色。比如同学们，现在主要是学习为主，那角色定位就使学生。学生这个角色对大家的要求有哪些呢?首先学习知识，健康成长;这使学生的首要任务。其次遵守纪律，尊敬师长。这是学生在校的基本守则。第三团结同学，热爱集体。这是学生生活必要要求。作为一名学生，不学习不可以，不守纪不可以，不尊师不可以，不团结同学不可以，不热爱集体不可以，这些是学生这个角色对你的要求。你是学生就必须遵守，不遵守就不再是学生。例如：你恶意打伤同学，敲诈勒索同学，偷盗东西，你就是犯罪嫌疑人，学校不再对你进行管理，改由公安机关管理。
2、角色转换：一个人的角色在不同场合时会发生转换，在家里，你是儿子，在学校，你是学生。可能在家里你是唯一的儿子、女儿，你是全家的宝贝。一家人由着你的性子，看你的脸色，父母不说你，爷爷奶奶顺着你，你说什莫都行，你爱干啥干啥。到了学校，你只是几千分之一，在级段是几百分之一，在班里，你是几十分之一。你是集体的一分子，集体的纪律你要遵守，不能损害集体的荣誉，要和同学和睦相处。不能拿在家的那一套做法到学校，对老师，对同学。我们过的是集体生活，任何违法班规校纪的行为都会受到处罚，任何不与同学和睦相处的人都不受大家的欢迎。
每一学生都要明白角色的转换，遵守角色的要求。你不能要求老师像父母那样依着你的性子来，因为老师管理着几十个学生，首先想的是多数人的利益。
任何遵守纪律、热爱学习的学生都是老师的好孩子。任何成绩优异，品德优异的孩子都是父母的好学生。
3、角色的融合：一个人的角色在一定时候是可以融合的。你作为学生，除了是学生，你还是父母的孩子，社会的公民，同学的朋友。你不仅仅是自己，你还担负着父母的期望，朋友的友谊，老师的心血。
所以，我在开学初提出了级段口号：为自己争气，为父母争光，为班级争荣，为学校争辉。做一个优秀的学生，让自己的其他角色也熠熠生辉。
