劳动，是黄大发卅六春秋的筚路蓝缕，令绝巘危崖涓流淌;劳动，是沈克泉父子卌一寒暑的栉风沐雨，让渠塘田垄油菜茂;劳动，是塞罕坝林场三代工作者五十星霜的战天斗地，教瀚海黄沙密林幽。劳动是中华民族绵延至今的优秀传统，可如今，却有很多同学懈于劳动，甚至不尊重劳动。在此，请允许我谈一谈：劳动有益，让我们一起来做神州大地的躬耕之人。
首先，劳动可以助我们琢磨踏实品质。《诗经》云：有匪君子，如切如磋，如琢如磨。而劳动恰好便是可以切、磋、琢、磨我们踏实品质的有力硎石。正如台湾的道禾书院，秉持“求难，求拙，求慢，求少”的教学理念的校长曾国俊，坚持要求每位学生都必须参与到校园稻田的耕种中去。当漠漠水田中的同学们真的能够在插秧时明白“做事要一步一个脚印，不要好高骛远，而应专注于眼前”时，我们亦可知道，劳动，能够将我们的意志品质打磨得更加踏实沉稳，不急不躁。
其次，劳动可以助我们纯净无私灵魂。尼采说：我的灵魂平静而明亮，宛若清晨的群山。我始终相信，在勇于承担、主动选择的`劳动中流下的汗水，可以把我们的灵魂洗涤得更加无私。不由想到了新东方创始人俞敏洪，中学求学时代的他，将每日的劳动当做了必修功课，从未离开土地。在一锄一犁的辛劳中，他的性格也变得慷慨乐助，不锱铢必较。在后来的北大生涯中，他始终义务为舍友打水、整理卫生。而这一行动亦感动了所有同窗，当王强、徐小平在新东方成立后纷纷投奔时，我们可以悟得，经过劳动净化的灵魂，一定可以更加平静明亮，无私无愧。
揆诸现实，对于我们每一位新时代青年来说，又该如何践行劳动呢?我个人建议：从自身做起，从小事做起。其实家长、学校也并不需要我们真的满脚泥泞、下地耕作，只要我们不以学习太忙为借口、不奢待人工智能和他人，哪怕只是做好每一次校园值日，多承担一次家庭卫生，我们，便不是当今时代中的“精致的利己主义者”。

一是导医的工作内容。
导医主要的工作内容包括：迎候患者、初步了解病情、分诊挂号、关注候诊患者的病情和协助患者完成就医流程。
1、准备。着装整齐，充满热情，面带微笑，迎接新一天的工作。
2、迎候。真诚微笑，建立良好的服务形象。
3、问候确认。对初诊患者予以引导，解答患者疑问，提供各科医生及专家的坐诊信息，使其就医过程更加流畅。
4、分诊挂号。初步了解患者病情，根据病情予以分诊，安慰患者，舒缓患者紧张情绪。
5、关注候诊。患者挂号后，告知患者耐心等候，充分利用候诊时间了解情况，为医生提供有用信息。在此期间，我们还要兼顾诊区秩序，与分诊护士协调配合，为医生及患者创造良好的就医环境。
6、引导患者完成就医流程。患者获得检验单后，指引患者到各个科室进行检查，做好引导工作。
7、护送患者去住院部。对于行动不便或病情危重的患者，我们要及时联系病房，让病房做好接收患者准备，交接患者。
二是怎样更好的进行导医工作。
导医是医院的另一道亮丽的风景，我们代表的不仅仅是个人，更代表武汉总医院的服务理念。我们倡导热情，微笑服务。
每天〃〃〃〃〃〃给自己一个微笑，将会使自己充满自信;给患者一个微笑，将会使患者感受温暖;给亲友一个微笑，将会使亲友感到关爱;给同事一个微笑，将会使同事心情愉悦。我们精诚协作，打造风采。
第一、积极参与工作，通过热情服务进一步创造和谐的医患关系;
第二、把热情服务作为医院的品牌，把开展热情服务作为提升医院服务水平的载体;
第三、讲热情服务进行到底，持之以恒，从我做起，传递温暖，奉献真情，服务患者。
热情的服务靠的不仅是微笑，还有我们扎实的医学基本功。熟练解答患者的疑虑，让患者信服。遇到突发状况，要处变不惊，沉着镇定。例如，癫痫患者候诊过程突然发病，应立即就地取材，采取措施，防止咬舌，同时呼叫医生进行处理。
从容的进行导医工作离不开一下三个特点
一、眼观六路，耳听八方。面对大量的患者及亲友，有限的人力资源要求我们有时不得不一心多用，快速回复患者，理解患者急切心情，是他们需求的，也是我们应该的。
二、温和而敏捷。面对纷杂而繁琐的工作，我们始终如一，耐心解答，不能乱了阵脚，熟悉掌握业务，例如：各楼层分布，各科分诊台电话号码，各科专家坐诊时间，与各科分诊护士协作，使工作有条不紊的进行。
三、身在其位，比谋其政。我们要承担起责任，认真履责，精诚协作，竭诚奉献，百倍珍惜医院的领导及同事长期创造的美好声誉。
