今天我想和同学们探讨的题目是：诚信是班级的基石。
我们初二有10个班，各有特色，各具优势。全年级四百多个同学，暗地里都在评点别的班，都在为自己班比拼。而被称为优秀集体的班级，最让大家欣赏。
那么，一个优秀集体，哪些品质是必备的?毫无疑问，诚信就是一个必备的重要品质。
我认为一个班集体之所以可以成立，是因为同学之间信守承诺，严守班规，友善团结，共同进步。如果一个班级失去了诚信，就像不稳定化合物，随时就会“嘭”的一声，炸得灰飞烟灭。如果一个班级中同学遵守班规，互相信赖，班集体就会坚如磐石，牢不可破。

我们这个年龄，生长着身体，也增长着才干。但如果缺乏友善，不在真诚的基础上讲究诚信，天天针锋相对，就难免产生矛盾和摩擦。这样的尴尬的局面，相信大家都不愿意看到，但我们班就出现过。一段时间里，我们心头曾经乌云密布，我们眼前曾经黯淡无光。
