望着门外的伙伴，我心中充满了对妈妈的不满。今天星期天，也不让我休息，还要我在家复习功课，真烦。星期六时，我把作业全部写好，就是为了今天和伙伴们一起出去玩，昨天就与小伙伴们说好了，这不是让我言而无信吗!我在心中自言自语，并暗暗发誓：从此，再也不理妈妈了。
在厨房忙碌的妈妈一言不发，过了一会儿，妈妈打开门喊我吃饭，我本不想理她，可人是铁，饭是钢，不争气的肚子早已咕咕叫了，只好不情愿的出去吃饭，妈妈看到我磨磨參参，便大叫起来：快点啊，压住火，压住火，不然饭都吃不到了，坐在饭桌上，头也不抬的吃起饭来，妈妈望着我在吃白饭，便夹了一块红烧肉给我，哇是红烧肉，我最爱吃的菜，可为了面子，只好把红烧肉夹了回去，妈妈那双火眼金金看出我在生气，便亲切的对我说：我让你用玩的时间来学习，是为你好啊，你和同学在同一起跑线上，而你在别人玩时，认真学习，这样你就会超过别人，要记住知识改变命运。此时我恍然大悟，我的眼泪从眼眶中溢出，望着妈妈说：妈妈我会好好学的，可是，光学习没有娱乐时间是不行的，妈妈递给我一张纸，纸上密密麻麻的字，原来是一张星期日计划表。
我认为很合理，便无条件答应了。沟通后，我与妈妈之间的矛盾奇异般的消失了，并增加了我们之间的亲情。

进入八年级，我们正是在学习的重要阶段，八年级将决定我们的未来，当然还需要我们的不懈努力，所以中学中学生的我们，要善于与父母沟通，我们与父母沟通，是辨明是非，寻求最佳结果的过程。我们要经常与父母沟通，这样有助于我们更好的学习。我们经常会感觉到和父母找不到共同话题，一说话就发生小摩擦，与父母谈不到一起，所以就干脆不和父母说话，进而导致矛盾升级，这是明显的逆反心理。我们青少年最容易产生逆反心理，然而还不会克制自己，所以才导致了与父母不和这类情况。我们产生逆反心理后，应该控制自己，多和父母沟通，和父母沟通要冷静下来，多站在父母的立场上去多想一想，沟通要求同存异，父母是爱我们的，只要我们同样以爱的方式对待父母，沟通的障碍就会大大减少。
